Clumsy
I had difficulty interpreting the very fast video tutorial because the content moves too fast to extract any details. When contacting support, I immediately received a canned response of generic information that didn’t solve the problem. Replies to support prompted their automated system to send the same response. I cannot assign a downloaded icon from the purchased pack since the app does not offer the drop down options the video illustrates. Feel ripped off.

Wasted my money. Don’t believe the reviews
I spent 9.99 to actually see the themes. I thought it changes my icons immediately , but NO. You have to change every icons yourself, and they are SHORTCUTS meaning you will get no notifications on these shortcuts. It just shows you pretty and cool looking screen but its useless. I want my money back. Also, it didnt even tell me i have to change the icons myself until i PAID. If i could, i dont even want to give 1 star

I purchased this almost a year ago- it did not do what it said it would after I bought it- a year ago and the same night I requested my money back and I opened a ticket and wanted a refund but the ticket is still open and I have had no contact- the only reply I got was to prove I bought it. I would rate this 0 stars if I could and I didn’t want to put this out there-
