Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FantaOcw app issues:

Force Stop the FantaOcw App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FantaOcw app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FantaOcw to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FantaOcw App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FantaOcw app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
