Close and restart the ResaView app on iPhone
Update ResaView app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ResaView iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ResaView on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ResaView network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ResaView app issues:

Force Stop the ResaView App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ResaView app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ResaView to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ResaView App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ResaView app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ResaView.

Fix ResaView unable to contact server/ ResaView internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ResaView » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ResaView » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ResaView on android.
