Close and restart the TopTags app on iPhone
Update TopTags app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TopTags iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TopTags on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TopTags network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix TopTags not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TopTags app issues:

Force Stop the TopTags App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TopTags app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TopTags to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TopTags App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TopTags app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TopTags.

Fix TopTags unable to contact server/ TopTags internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TopTags » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TopTags » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TopTags on android.
