They frozen my account, asked me to send id in which I did then they closed down my account and took my money.

I’ve been contacting this app since and they won’t respond, refund me nor send me a check!!!

I cant even use Wingocard because they are taking so long to review my account. It started it April and then I deleted Wingocard , then I recently downloaded it again and now it still saying my account is in review 😑

Like everybody else that signed up in the beginning of 2020 for their “waitlist,” I was told it’d launch in 2020. Now we’re at the liberal end of 2020 (Dec. 12, 2020 to be exact) and it STILL hasn’t launched. There’s been no communication from this about this, or possible delays... NOTHING. I’m starting to believe it’ll NEVER launch, tbh & we’ve all fallen victim to an information/data harvesting scam.

What happened to the referral program?

I’ve tried both Greenlight and Step and had problems with them. With Greenlight, I set up a weekly allowance andTwo months later green light started sending the allowance daily. It was next to impossible to get the money back off of my kids card. Wingo is easy to set up an any time I had him a question, their customer service was great.

So easy to use without worrying about having cash for allowance. The addition of being able to his card to his mobile wallet is perfect, we may not even need a card!

It work fine for me and I can not wait for the launch of the actual card. I would recommend that you sign up for this app on line than download Wingocard and sign in than go from there.

I accidentally put my email in wrong one day then I contacted them. They helped me fix it and I am greatful! Can’t tell you again Great Customer Support!

I can’t wait for Wingocard to come out if any you guys don’t have anyone to refer to I have some ideas the people who have most referred or most friends should try to help the other kids that may not have anyone to refer to so we all can enjoy the apps as teens and get and equal or Quality amount of rewards but I have no problems with Wingocard I’m so excited and hope for the best
