Close and restart the LucidX app on iPhone
Update LucidX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LucidX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LucidX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LucidX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix LucidX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LucidX app issues:

Force Stop the LucidX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LucidX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LucidX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LucidX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LucidX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LucidX.

Fix LucidX unable to contact server/ LucidX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LucidX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LucidX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LucidX on android.
