My first purchase were some Jordan 1 lows and everything was fine. I then ordered a mystery box, and it took nearly two months for me to receive my item. They take forever to ship stuff out and the communication is terrible, I had messaged them on Instagram, since they are always on there. Why do they like to sell stuff, if they can’t ship it out within a week at least. It never says in the description of the item, that it takes 2 months for you to receive your order. I know other people that have had bad service with them as well. They are bad at refunding money. The other bad reviews are on point. Don’t do business with these guys. The deals aren’t worth it. Save your time and money.

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. I purchase 1k+ worth of stuff from these guys with “guaranteed” pairs. I order a profit box stating I would receive certain pairs of shoes, drawing me in to purchase. After going back and fourth with “Alex” the owner for longer than a month, my package finally ships. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH FOR THEM TO SHIP MY ITEMS. Then, when my stuff arrives, nothing he said I WOULD receive arrived. I chalked it up as a loss and just learned my lesson to never do business with such a lousy group of people. “717 soles” is involved with these guys too. If he’s hanging around these guys I wouldn’t be trusting him either. Hope this helps and spend your money elsewhere. Don’t waste your time and money on a bunch of losers.

Started off with his IG page but once they moved to OutletHunters it’s so much more seamless with the transactions and layout . Overall if you want steals and deals on sneakers and streetwear download OutletHunters and check out all the inventory they have . They update it frequently and do great sales too!!

They offered to do a 500$ mystery box for me and I sent them the money. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t sent no tracking info, no shipment, nor my refund. I’ve texted these people over many different occasions and they either left the message on opened or came up with a lie saying it the tracking was coming today but never came. I don’t recommend doing any business with these people.

Ordered a dunk box in July and still haven’t received it. Tracking never updated and a month later I was told that a shipment of dunks was late and that my package would ship soon. A month after that (September), I was told the package shipped. I never received anything. I reached out multiple times and was pretty much told that I should’ve received my package. Haven’t been given an update or a new tracking number. It’s October now and still nothing…

Ordered a mystery box over a month ago and they told me apparently their shipment of shoes got delayed? Then why sell something you guys don’t have? Tried getting a refund but they said my order was already “processed” like they’re some big corporation. Still trying to get my money back or at the least the box i ordered but overall these guys are scammers. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Runs super slow and when I click on items I can’t get to anything and he bamboozled me by reviewing his app and he never sent my stuff still waiting and it’s been a month, please apple delete OutletHunters to its entirety. These guys must be stopped and there prices are outrageous. 0 stars if I could but can’t.
