OneRecord works fine, except it’s useless to me since none of my doctors, clinics, or hospitals are in OneRecord ’s network. This would not have been a dealbreaker for me except for the fact that it doesn’t let me manually input my health information. I can’t even input the stuff I typically have to fill out at the doctors office (like family history). Unless your doctors/hospitals have a patient portal that can link to OneRecord, it’s completely useless. I was surprised how few doctors/facilities it recognized despite living in a big city. I was really hoping for an option to at least input my own info and upload photos to have a general idea of my records, but nope. I’ll have to look elsewhere.

When I moved states, I had a difficult time switching doctors and maintaining all my medical documentation and history, that’s when I started using this app as my one stop shop. It helped simplify & alleviate the headaches of an already stressful transition. It’s been particularly beneficial during COVID-19 and highly recommend its use.

I’m able to have my information from my different providers conveniently organized in one place! I can share this with my family and my care professionals. It’s a powerful app. I’ve told lots of my friends about it and they all love it!

I have three kids and that means a lot of doctors appointments and a lot of paper work. This is going to make it so easy for me to track their immunizations. Thank goodness for this app. Keep up the good work!

I split my time between New York and Texas. My doctors are spread across two states but now I can have all my information in one place.

There’s only 1 place in all of my state that can sync records with OneRecord and it’s a hospital anyway so they wouldn’t have regular lab results or any other information from my actual doctors. In general, the map of facilities in the United States that you can select is extremely small. I don’t see how OneRecord could be helpful at all in its current state.

Application was easy to sign up for and seamlessly connected data from my provider’s existing portal.

this app is an awesome, patient-centered health records application.

I’ve appreciated the web version for a while; now excited I can have it as an app on my phone!

Amazing app. Works great and there’s a good customer support that helps me at any request and answers all the questions. Highly recommend.

Tried to enter my hospital with no results. Tried my health system with no results.
Tried to delete OneRecord . The delete button is hidden due to the screen being oversized. Dragging the screen up to display the button does not help. All my other apps do not have this problem.

No hospitals in Austin Texas, a major city, are in their app rendering it completely useless if you live in Austin. I suspect this is a problem in many major cities. No apparent way to get my 3 Covid-19 vaccinations in the vaccination section. A great idea but needs a huge amount of work to make it at all useful.

It doesn't have my hospital listed even though it shows up on the map.
It doesn't have my insurance listed and can't 'find' it even after I enter the name.
This must be for the 'select few' hospitals and insurance companies that fit in ...

Great app! Love the intuitive user experience and that OneRecord enables access to my health records right on my phone. It’s also great to use as a companion to the web app. Highly recommend!
