Can there be an option where I can unadd friends?

1) The “Make new friends based on personality compatibility and interests” box is in the way of my chats, and I always end up accidentally clicking on it. It is a bit too big, and I overall think it should be it’s own icon at the bottom, much like the “Chats”, “Find Friends”, “People”, “Discover”, and my own profile.

2) I understand that the yellows and blues are for the SnapChat “theme”, but sometimes the harsh colors are overwhelming and overall too bright for me. Maybe tone them down a bit and add some new colors?

3) When I reply to a message and receive a notification back that they have responded, it doesn’t quite show their response unless I close out of Fam and open it back up again.

4) The bold text from users should indicate a new message, not my own. When I am in Fam , a few of my chats are in bold as if I got a new message from another user. In this case, some of the bold messages are some of my own.

5) In the “Chats” section of Fam , I recommend that you make a separate tab from your “Friends” chats to the “Chat Requests”. It gets a bit confusing when I receive a new chat from a user and I have to scroll down to see who I’ve gotten a request from. Again, the “compatibility and interests” box stands in my way of seeing new and existing chats.

Overall, it’s an okay app, but with lots of bugs I’d say. I’m still going to use it, but I also hope to see some changes.

At first, I thought Fam would be a fun way to meet people. But, within the first few minutes I had invited all of my contacts which I didn’t mean. This included people who I haven’t talked to in years and don’t wish to talk to again. This was humiliating and I really hope you sort out the “invite all” feature. The next issue I had was that after I decided to delete Fam because I was uncomfortable with the fact that it invited all of my contacts. I then asked my friend to check and see if she could still see my location after I had logged out and turned it off in settings, and she said she could. This was followed by an email to the company, in which I was told that they would be updating Fam by Monday (keep in mind this was last week) and there would be a way to turn this feature off. If they were to make a feature in which you could turn off your location, I would still be using Fam.

Fam is pretty good so far, no ads and it’s not glitchy. But I do wish that you can tell when someone sent a message, for example if I sent someone a message, and they sent one back, in Fam you wouldn’t know. I get the notification but it doesn’t indicate it in Fam . And secondly I get a lot of the same people when swiping.

Wait now I’m mad Bc I accidentally pressed invite all contacts, please get rid of that. And give me a way to disconnect them too. Or at least make it give an option “are you sure you want to invite all contacts” then I could’ve clicked no.

The problem with Fam is that if you accidentally click send to all contacts you can undo it. Also after I deleted the account and app it still sent it to all of my contacts weeks later. Not only that but it didn’t fully delete the account. It just logs you out. Everyone that I had become “friends” with still were there when I tried to delete the account. It also still had the people that wanted to friend me. Those features should be set up better.

I accidentally clicked “invite all contacts” when my phone froze and, like it says, it invited all my contacts. When it does that, it tells the other person what their contact name in their phone is...rip to me. Please get rid of it, I sent it to all my family members, ex’s, and friends. Why the heck would I want to invite all my contacts?? It didn’t even give me an option like “are you sure.” It just sent.

You can’t find any information on the web about this, I thought someone sketch was going on when it told me “Simone Bjs” someone added you as a friend and that’s not even how you spell my name and why would you use their contact name to add some one, trying to get people in trouble! It said I have a message and I don’t see one so I wasted my time making this to not even get the message!

Honestly this is a great idea. Fam needs some UI changes tho. Make it smoother and more efficient. Plus an age filter so people can find people within their age range. Cool idea! Can’t wait to see where it goes so I can update this review with more stars!

so i got a text saying that someone invited me to Fam or whatever so i downloaded it to see who invited me and when i started creating the profile it made me give permission to my contacts and location before i could continue making my account. when i was done seeing who invited me i went to delete my account and there was no option to delete the account just and option to log out so i logged out. right after i tried to log back in and it was trying to make me make a new account and there was no login option

Well this is an amazing app that allows you to communicate with other people and as the title says it does not make you feel alone, another great thing is that the creator of thee app listens to advice and suggestions and him and his team try their best and work very hard to please the people and better Fam , I would recommend Fam to everyone and also it helps you with your social life and I kinda got a crush on someone now due to Fam , I really love it.-Alfred Perez

ok so other people say it’s a good app but i didn’t get the chance to know. Fam apparently has to have your location and contact information and i personally think this should be removed because it is personal info. not all people like sharing their locations with apps but other than that i guess all i can say is i had a bad experience with it. this however is just my opinion.

i downloaded this because i got a text message saying a friend added me to this. Fam is a scam and the second you download it it starts messaging people in your contacts to spread Fam . Do not download

Can you guys include more schools in the New Jersey area, you included all of the schools around my town but not mine.

Within minutes of downloading Fam all of my contacts got a notification saying that I had invited them to join. WHICH I DIDNT DO!! It was mortifying having to explain it to everyone...if I could give it zero stars I would. UGH DONT DO IT!!!

Fam was not well thought out. it had a good base and good idea but there is no way that i can completely delete my account, i can unsend the requests that i accidentally sent to all of my contacts which is extremely embarrassing, and there are no directions or guidelines on how to use Fam .

Fam just spy on people. Don’t give Fam any permission. It will make decisions for you and can get you in big trouble. Be really careful when making an account.

i actually didn’t know that as soon as i presses invite all contacts it invites all contacts would liked to have had a heads up

How can I delete my account.. thought it was older people and its not. Show me the delete button asap.

This is A horrible app!!! I thought it was my granddaughter but nooo. Now I get text all hours wanting nudes. No way out!!!

Fam is so good from my point of view got myself a boyfriend 😜And I love him so much made lost of friends and every time I have nothing to do or just bored I go to Fam and text till I fall asleep or if am mad someone made me happy. Thank you for Fam some much.👍👍Good Job!!!!

If I need to calm and go to a better place, or if I just want to learn, or maybe just have fun and stretch my imagination this is the best place. This has everything I was looking for and some I didn't know that I was looking for. Check it out!

You can search by the tags too. Definitely worth the time to try. See for yourself . Ads are a hassle, have back button trigger thumb ready 3 and 1/4 stars btw. One of those give us 5 * we'll give you something

Easy to find people you want to talk to you. I like the way you can decide whether you want to talk to that person or not. The pictures are nice and big so it makes it easier to see the people

I use it every day. I've never experienced a problem and it is the best way to talk to friend. It can keep you entertained for days and their is always something new. It couldn't get better yet it does all the time

Before, I did not have many friends as not many people have something in common with me. But since I used Spirit, it helps me connect with people who are similar to me. And I have more friends now. Thanks a lot.

I love how you can customize your own blog and everything on it even the background and chat to people. Really recommend Fam for anyone who wants to get a story out there or wants to be heard

I've never had problems and the communities I'm in are so supportive and just perfect, I love that I can ask for advice and help on this site and everyone gives feedback where they can

Fam is pretty great. My only suggestion would be to work out a way to make the people geologically closest to you at the top of the list. Then so on until you reach the furthest at the bottom.

So far it seems like a really good app just needs to have it where you can search by location and set a distance added to the nearby feature so its more precise

I use it daily, there's never a problem, it's always convenient and available! Highly recommend! I think this is a very useful app to share daily news and thoughts to your friends and other followers.
