Close and restart the ePIN app on iPhone
Update ePIN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ePIN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ePIN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ePIN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix ePIN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ePIN app issues:

Force Stop the ePIN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ePIN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ePIN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ePIN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ePIN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ePIN.

Fix ePIN unable to contact server/ ePIN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ePIN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ePIN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ePIN on android.
