Probably the worst app I’ve ever used

2022-06-12

MyWomanCare may be the most UN-intuitive I’ve ever used. Function is awful, info entry is impossible (doesn’t allow you to choose your year of birth unless you navigate years back through a calendar...? Really?) Couldn't add my already-scheduled appointment, could so I not add any of my information. Anyway, I’ll stick to completing paperwork in the office.

App doesn’t work

2022-07-13

When trying to check in for an appointment I get stuck in an endless loops of trying to confirm information. Very frustrating app. Ended up deleting it after about 3 minutes when I realized it would be faster to fill out the paperwork manually.

Garbage

Wow, MyWomanCare does not work at all. Was it ever even tested? I tried MyWomanCare because the browser version was not working either. Absolutely terrible software and app. Do not bother. Wish I could give negative stars.

This app is horrible

2022-09-15

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It doesn’t work! It glitches constantly and is always loading but never loads.

App

2022-10-16

Had no luck at all with MyWomanCare. I have to use it on my iPhone and it was impossible.

Glitches all the time

2022-11-17

It doesn’t seem to work properly. Very poorly developed.

FAIL!

2022-12-18

Just tried to log in but then it tells me an error.

Terrible app

2023-01-19

It’s a shame that the clinic I go to chose to use this garbage app to maintain our confidential data.

Poor design

2023-02-20

MyWomanCare is not user friendly.

Messaging doesn’t work

2023-03-21

I am trying to send a message to my dr, and it is just a blank page :/

Easy check-in!

2023-04-22

This made the check in process for my appt much quicker. I was able to update my name (married) as well as new insurance information via MyWomanCare so it was already processed when I arrived. I was able to get back to see the physician a lot quicker since everything was done ahead of time. No issues and nice to actually be able to download MyWomanCare for easy access.

Easy to use

2023-05-23

I was able to add demos and uploaded cards ahead of the visit. No paperwork or pen needed!
