Impossible to contact for help if you lost your account info, yet the app certainly maintains easy access to your bank account for recurring fees.
why can’t the app just work right 😩

i love the content this app offered, i had already (accidentally) paid for the full subscription, but the app would sign me out every time it closed and never saved any of my downloads 🤨 thats the whole point of the app isn’t it, lol. i emailed them with this concern but the only difference since then is that i can’t sign in at all 🤣 it just signs me out whether i close the app or not. why do i have this app if it doesn’t work 😂 please help, fix your bugs.

Wish this app stored my log-in info so I didn't have to enter details every time and also lose all my downloads as I close the app.
Also, needs more Tim Ferriss.
