Close and restart the Streeet app on iPhone
Update Streeet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Streeet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Streeet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Streeet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Streeet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Streeet app issues:

Force Stop the Streeet App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Streeet app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Streeet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Streeet App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Streeet app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Streeet.

Fix Streeet unable to contact server/ Streeet internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Streeet » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Streeet » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Streeet on android.
