How to fix Chub app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chub app on iPhone
Update Chub app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chub iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chub on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Chub app issues:

Force Stop the Chub App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Chub app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Chub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chub App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Chub app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Chub.

Fix Chub unable to contact server/ Chub internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Chub » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Chub » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Chub on android.
