Why is Amerigroup even on the phone. This does not work! I don’t understand half these people, that put a app on this phone, and it doesn’t work! That doesn’t make any sense to me. You guys don’t have nothing better to do? You should test Amerigroup first to make sure it works. So I tell this, I’m deleting Amerigroup, and it does not work. I agree with this other person with the review. It does not work. I’ll try to put all my credentials all the stuff I’m supposed to, and I’m signed out with the other app and it worked fine, the Sydney at works beautifully. How come this one does not? You are scamming people, when stuff doesn’t work like it should. Yes I said you are scamming people. That’s not right!

I was able to log in the first time I used it. First thing they wanted was a review and I told them that the time for a review was after I used it a few times, not the very first log in before I could even try Amerigroup out.

It has serious problems. A lot of couldn’t reach a remote server. Those are raw errors that should be trapped and then they provide their own error message, like “we are having difficulty reaching the server” then give a chance to report it.

One of the poorest written apps I’ve ever seen and probably should be completely redone by programmers that know what they are doing with a good quality control team.

After all, it’s your medical history, no telling if there are any leaks in Amerigroup that divulge your info.

It was great and served its purpose for me when I put it on my phone last week, then it updated a few days later. The screen is stuck on telling me to update it high was done automatically with my phone. Now it won’t let me in

Since my average phone call has been about 90 minutes, I was excited to see an app. I only found my primary care physician, because I used the website and called people myself. I was hoping Amerigroup would streamline things a bit for my health care. However, I’ve tried for over a day to register an account with it. It doesn’t work. I’m very disturbed by your lack of customer services.

I would of given 5 stars but every time I click to access my digital insurance card it won’t load or show it and keeps saying error something happened! Pls fix this

App has not worked for two months now and all I want to do is change my pcp because I moved. Tried to do it online but your website won’t let me log on because it says I don’t have an account when I clearly do.

This won’t even open now! Says updated version, sends me to Amerigroup Store where I’m back to the open option…which takes me back to the opening page which says updated version! And these people are in charge of an insurance company?

Since it updated two days ago, it does not work. A message comes up saying I need to update it which the phone did automatically and it does not let me sign in.

Once I open Amerigroup I’m asked to update Amerigroup which doesn’t make sense as I literally just downloaded it. I clear Amerigroup and try to open it again and I’m asked again to update. I click update and there’s no update so I can’t even login.

When I try to open Amerigroup it shows the this app screen then immediately closes .

I tried for quite a while to figure out a way to enter my member ID number but it has one letter in it and it only allows you to type in numbers not letters so I can’t enter my ID

Cant register for a few days . Still says give you time to fix it message

Cannot get any results to show up when looking for a provider. Even tried my current providers. Downloaded app and same as mobile site - Very frustrating

Opened Amerigroup “update or find care” pops up. I updated Amerigroup and tried to access it. Says the same thing. Closed Amerigroup . Tried to open it again. Same thing pops up again. Please fix your app.

Already updated to latest version yet whenever I open Amerigroup still saying to update it, do you even try the beta before releasing the update to the public? Useless!

App isn’t working right now. Keeps saying to install lates app version which it’s already installed and now won’t let me login or recover account. Online website wasn’t working either.

I went to use Amerigroup and it’s saying I don’t have an account. Which is weird because I know I do. Tried to sign up again and it is still telling me I don’t have an account.

I have only been able to access Amerigroup one time since I signed up. The website is also down. I can’t login to see any information.

I downloaded Amerigroup and can’t even open it. I click on Amerigroup and it acts as if it wants to open but doesn’t.

Please fix this problem.

New to this app and Amerigroup excludes Arizona Medicare patients. I was hoping to use it to register my info because the website won’t open either. Makes you wonder about the quality of technology with this company
