I was able to log in the first time I used it. First thing they wanted was a review and I told them that the time for a review was after I used it a few times, not the very first log in before I could even try the app out.

It has serious problems. A lot of couldn’t reach a remote server. Those are raw errors that should be trapped and then they provide their own error message, like “we are having difficulty reaching the server” then give a chance to report it.

One of the poorest written apps I’ve ever seen and probably should be completely redone by programmers that know what they are doing with a good quality control team.

After all, it’s your medical history, no telling if there are any leaks in the app that divulge your info.

Since my average phone call has been about 90 minutes, I was excited to see an app. I only found my primary care physician, because I used the website and called people myself. I was hoping the app would streamline things a bit for my health care. However, I’ve tried for over a day to register an account with it. It doesn’t work. I’m very disturbed by your lack of customer services.

This won’t even open now! Says updated version, sends me to the App Store where I’m back to the open option…which takes me back to the opening page which says updated version! And these people are in charge of an insurance company?
