SuperFX: Effects Video Editor Reviews

I’ve given SuperFX days to redeem itself. Everytime I try to upload a finished video that has taken over 1 hour to put together it crashes without fail. SuperFX is okay other than that part. Another thing please find an easier interface to be able to add the effects. Everything is so pinched together .

Word of advice to users : if you’re trying to edit long videos (1 minute or more ) just break it down in scenes. For me 10 second scenes that I can put together works. Just use KineMaster to put together 👌🏽

I really like SuperFX being able to add the effects in post is much better than having to recorded it on the spot with a effects template. I understand the same creators of Magi+ made SuperFX as well, I would like to see a further in-depth tracking. Being able to select the body part(s) you want the effects to be on or around SuperFX would be 9000x better

Spent 40 minutes editing a video, just to find out SuperFX glitches and only half of my effects showed. Then when I tried to save, it said “saved failed”...really? Had to exit out of app and open back up hoping to continue editing, but no, no projects to be found. There is no way to continue editing after the program is closed.

I really love SuperFX and it’s effects are very fun. The one problem I see is that after adding effects, the software sometimes crashes. This can be vary frustrating for someone who wants to make a longer video. Please help with this problem. Thank you😃

I love everything about it and made amazing videos with it but when I look over to see the whole thing it lags and kicks me out sometimes and once I worked on one for about a hour and when I was saving it SuperFX kicked me out

For the first time I focus using this Apple and I really enjoy all the cool features until it was the time to save my project then SuperFX crash. My first thought was I’ll be able to resume from where it crashed but unfortunately all my efforts are gone and I need to start from the beginning again which is so frustrating.

I love SuperFX and it’s effects but I hate that it keeps crushing “closing” when you try to save your work!! It almost makes you want to delete SuperFX very frustrating please fix this issue..thanks!

Please give a one time purchase option... all the subscription based platforms lose me. Yes, I know you are making more in the long run but there should still be an option, even if it’s a lesser version than a subscription.

this app is definitely what i wanted for the minimum of my expectations, but it didn’t have the feature that i expected and wanted. the feature that i am talking about is animated drawings. maybe it is outside of the technical limitations of a simple phone app, maybe it’s outside the developer limitations, but if neither of those are a problem, i would love to see the animated, custom glow drawing. if the developers see this, please add that in.

This is an amazing app but not only does it not allow you to save your edited videos it crushes and you have to redo everything all over again :( please solve this. Thank you

Needs a feature to pin the objects down and track the body movement

SuperFX has a glitch that makes it completely unusable. It will randomly shut down for no reason in the middle of a project, and all work is immediately lost each time it does so. I have yet to be able to fully edit and save a video before SuperFX shuts down.

It cost money but it’s worth it

In the new update you took away all the old effects. SuperFX is not as good without them. Please add them back.

I got SuperFX because I thought the effects that are shown in the promotional ad were available, like the clothing outlines. They do not exist. I’m disappointed. I really was hoping to keep this one.
