How to fix Seismos app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Seismos app on iPhone
Update Seismos app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Seismos iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Seismos on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Seismos network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Seismos app issues:

Force Stop the Seismos App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Seismos app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Seismos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Seismos App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Seismos app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Seismos.

Fix Seismos unable to contact server/ Seismos internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Seismos » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Seismos » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Seismos on android.
