How to fix RTRO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RTRO app on iPhone
Update RTRO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RTRO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RTRO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RTRO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix RTRO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RTRO app issues:

Force Stop the RTRO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RTRO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RTRO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RTRO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RTRO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RTRO.

Fix RTRO unable to contact server/ RTRO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RTRO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RTRO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RTRO on android.
