Watermarks and frame rates locked behind paywall

You guys should make the frame rate adjustment and watermark settings available for purchase a la carte. They are locked behind a subscription paywall. It kind of defeats the purpose of allowing each look to be available for purchase separately, just to get a paywall popup when you want to adjust the frame rate or remove the watermark. Imagine buying a filter then when you use it you can’t set it up the way you want unless you subscribe. Then it defeats the purpose of buying that filter in the first place because the subscription also unlocks the same filter... except this way you end up spending $2 more for the exact same features. Kind of stupid if you ask me. If you’re going to provide one-time purchase for filters they should include all settings to modify them.

Love the filters but needs improvement!

Hi Moment! First of all, I want to say I love the app’s interface and the filters in it. I really enjoy that you allow the user to purchase each filter or subscribe to RETRO+. Personally, I’m tired of subscriptions but since I really liked the filters and pictured myself using them, I thought was better to purchase them individually. I was trying to find if there was a setting to remove the watermark when I found it, I was disappointed that the app makes you subscribe for this feature. You should let us purchase the feature as you do with the filters. If I would’ve known that in order to remove the watermark you have to subscribe, I wouldn’t have purchased the filters. I also wish if the app allowed me to take pictures in addition to video. And also the ability to import from the camera roll. I want to take my time and try the filters on my footage or photos and your current solution only allows you to select a filter prior recording. I also noticed that the app freezes and acts slowly after using it for a couple of minutes. Overall I’m excited to try this app and I hope you guys fix these issues and add new filters and features in the future.

Difficult Choice

I'm a fan Moment gear and the main camera app, this one leaves a little something to be desired. Extremely limited test app and the only other choice is a subscription for a month. I think it's fair that we all hate subscriptions. I get why to use it, but without a full trial of the app, 24 hours even, I hate the thought of having another subscription that I just forget about and cringe every month paying for an app I don't want or need. A full free trial for even a day would take away the possibility of regret. It's just the feeling of I don't know what I'm paying a subscription for, I'm not allowed to get a feel for it, I'm going in blind. I really considered paying full price for the app but again, I can't justify spending $50 on something I can't try out before I buy and have limited to no recourse to get a refund if I don't like it or it doesn't meet expectations for spending $50 on a single app. Other concern is I spend $50 on the app and the promise of updated looks. How long will that go on? At a moment's notice that can go away and I'm left on the hook for the pricey app without future support.
