About Music Alarm

That's why we created Music Alarm Clock+, an alarm clock app built for Spotify.

Music Alarm Clock+ is not attached to Spotify in any way.

Spotify's API only lets the app play 30 seconds of each song but you can still loop music.

- NOT all Spotify songs are currently available on the app and you can not listen entire song due to legal issue.

You no longer have to listen to the same melody every morning from your usual morning alarm clock app.

The app simply plays Spotify content from Spotify's API.

Waking up with your favorite music is much easier.

You not only wake up more gently and get motivated, but you are also in a better mood when you get out of the bed.

Please Do Not Waste Your Time

One can only be so patient after an alarm clock app wastes almost half an hour of one’s precious time. I’m not too critical of a consumer, but unfortunately there are too many complications of MusicAlarm. During and after setting your alarm, you will have to watch a 5 second advertisement. This was fine by be, except for when the ad would freeze-about 95% of the time-and leave me with no option but to delete MusicAlarm from my history. I would attempt to finish editing my alarm by reentering MusicAlarm and tapping on “Edit” and the alarm I wanted to finish. I would be forced to watch another ad which would sometimes freeze as well. If it didn’t freeze, I would continue to select my song, but the time on the alarm would automatically change to the time I edited the alarm. I then have a 50% chance of the alarm going off the next morning, even though my ringer is unmuted and at a high volume with do not disturb turned off. Please do not waste your time.

it just isnt working :( but maybe im using it wrong? please help!!

hi! so i really do think this is an awesome idea!! i was so excited when i found it-- however after several days of trying to use it, the music alarm just wasnt going off :(
i had been cautious about this and had set a second regular apple alarm for 15 minutes later than my music alarm so i still woke up in time luckily but just not to my favorite songs :( i tried going through other reviews but most of the reviews just complain about the ads which i havnt really noticed? but anyways maybe its something with how im operating MusicAlarm and hopefully it is something that can be fixed!! like i said before this is an amazing idea but it would be helpful if it worked 😅

Great idea, but lacks features

I’m disappointed that MusicAlarm doesn’t play entire songs...or start the clips from the beginning. (It appears that the paid version can play from playlists, which would be worth the cost, but not if the alarm still only plays clips.) It’d also be great if there was a built-in sleep timer. As it is, I think I’ll just keep using the reliable, built-in iPhone alarm, and just purchase songs from iTunes (or from my old digitized cds) that I want to wake up to. Not ideal, but if I like a song, I want to wake up to all of it, not just 30 sec from the middle of it.

Very Good!!!

It is a very good app. When I first started using it the alarm didn’t turn on, so I did some research and found that if your silent mode is on the alarm won’t ring. Also there are a lot of ads which can annoy some people, but I thought it was fine. Other than that MusicAlarm is very good and I highly recommend for you to use it!!!! It also has a wide selection of songs.

Update

Works but the ads are ridiculous. I understand that ads are needed for it to stay free but the amount of ads you encounter are too much. Yes, the ads are short but there are so many that sometimes I just want to delete MusicAlarm because it’s hard to set an alarm without having to go through so many ads.

Too many ads, and the alarm doesn’t last

I would give it five starts because I think is a great app, but without the ads would be better. Try to find a way, we’re the ads are not constantly popping at your face, put it on the sides. Is so annoying.

The sound for some of my alarms only last like 3 seconds. It should last more then that. It should never stop until you stop it. Improve it! And when that happens I’ll give you 5 starts.

There is hope

MusicAlarm is a really great idea because who doesn’t like the idea of waking up to your favorite song but, MusicAlarm really needs to work on how many adds show up on screen. I’m wasting so much time trying to choose a song that I like and I get 3 or 4 adds in a minute. Also, when you finally do get your favorite song on it doesn’t work. All I can say is that it needs improvement. Not everyone is perfect so I’m willing to give you another chance.

Works but littered with ads

Easy to use interface, even if it is extremely plain, and linking your account is simple. However, every few seconds an ad pops up and won’t go away for 5 seconds. You feel like your defusing a bomb whenever your using MusicAlarm, dreading the moment another Facebook ad will assault your retinas. It works, but set your alarms exactly how you want them so you’ll never have to open this abomination to God again.

Or just set up your alarms with the WiFi disconnected.... just sayin

It’s good BUT

It’s a good app it really is but there’s adds every 10 seconds no joke it’s every 10 seconds it took be like 5 minutes to just add one alarm it’s annoying but if it didn’t have all those adds it would be a great app there’s a lot of different music from hiphop to ballads to even kpop so that’s great

Turns off when it wants

I was kind of excited to be waking up to my favorite songs in the mornings when I downloaded MusicAlarm, but it turned out that when I would go off MusicAlarm after turning my alarm on, it turns off. Even if I just switch to another screen or just the home screen, it turns its self off. Why does it do this? Am I doing something wrong?

How many ads can you take

Every thing you try and do, just creating an alarm makes you go through two ads you cannot stop, then select sound and two more ads, then title and two more ads. Etc. then it won’t even play music only vibrates even though that is off. Only plays alarm music if MusicAlarm is open. Wasted time and deleted it 5 min after installing. Don’t bother with it

This is nice

I’ll be honest, the ads can get annoying but I’m not mad since I am able to play what I want as my alarm and usually I can never find an app that allows this so thank you!

Works

It might not work but all you have to do is turn on notifications for it, make it so it repeats any day doesn’t matter which and that’s it I really like it

No sound

Well I find this a great idea but there is no sound every time I set an alarm turn it in and leave and go back in MusicAlarm the next the the thing says it’s turned off I would really like it to get fixed because I’m tired of regular old alarm clocks thank you.

Please consider

There are incredibly too many ads! I’ll open MusicAlarm for 3 seconds and an add will pop up. Setting an alarm should take 5 seconds but it takes so long because I have to end up sitting through 6 ads. There are so many ads that sometimes when I’m in the middle of an ad, another ad will pop up on top of the first ad.
