What I love about this app is that it suggests jobs with the aim of providing people with a sense of purpose. Work should not only be about making money, but also doing something that matters. Also quite colorful and user-friendly.

I don’t know HOW I stumbled on Dolphin, but it got me hooked immediately. A cute oceanic mascot, job listings that feel refreshing, and a pastel color scheme that calms my inner artist... what more could a gal ask for?? Aesthetically, Dolphin makes all other jobsearch sites look like old people stuff (no offense), and imho I don’t CARE that it’s pandering to millennials because frankly if it looks pretty I instantly become more productive. So A+ to Dolphin for kicking my ADHD in the tush, and fingers crossed that I get hired on to a fulfilling job for once.
I’ll keep y’all posted.

App kept crashing the moment I gave my info and logged in. Will change if this is fixed. For the record I tried this on both the XS Max and the 7th gen iPad.

I found Dolphin very user-friendly and intuitive to navigate. Cool approach to job sourcing (filtering for social impact), and the irreverent captions made it extra fun. Hoping to see the job categories expand in the future!

Very cool concept, love how it’s customized for the individual. Love that it is mission oriented, connecting you to the problems that you’d get to help solve in the world. This draws us back to the underlying purpose of work. However, all of the jobs I was interested in were all expired. So there seems to be some big problems that need to be figured out.
