Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever TrackIt app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix TrackIt app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TrackIt app on iPhone
Update TrackIt app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TrackIt iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TrackIt on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TrackIt network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix TrackIt not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TrackIt app issues:

Force Stop the TrackIt App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TrackIt app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TrackIt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TrackIt App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TrackIt app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TrackIt.

Fix TrackIt unable to contact server/ TrackIt internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TrackIt » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TrackIt » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TrackIt on android.
