I love Chicken Maison, but their app is a waste of time. I’ve used it twice and both times they had me waiting well passed the anticipated pick up time. In fact, others who came after me and ordered at the counter got their food before me! Don’t waste your time with ChickenMaison . It’s faster ordering at the counter or calling in.

My order wont submit and its not telling why

Yesterday ordered salad (special instructions dressing on side) and spicy chicken sandwich with steamed vegetables. When picking up, dressing on salad and no veges. Person at shop showed me the order and it didn't have the special instructions OR my order of veges. In fact the price of the order on their end was different than what i paid. Good thing i had the receipt handy. Cashiers said ChickenMaison has been having problems for a while.
If ordering straight off menu should be OK, but make sure you review your order before you leave the store.
