RSFH Virtual Care is NOT appropriate for more serious injuries and illness.
RSFH Virtual Care is available 24/7.

Very convenient, however an option to type in your insurance information would be nice. The current option does not allow any information to be added other than RSFH Provider plan.

Tonight’s appointment was professional and personable. Dr. Rosenberg listened to history, symptoms, and physical afflictions. She prescribed medication after assessing the situation. The section at the very bottom of the sign up page on RoperStFrancisVirtualCare says it’s optional. But apparently it’s not! I have no idea what to put in those last three lines and it won’t let me move forward and complete my set up. Now I’m getting back on the phone to bother the doctor on call on a Sunday instead of using what is potentially a great app. Very frustrating and unnecessary waste of time!

Her family recently had a medical issue and I thought RoperStFrancisVirtualCare would help. After downloading it, it asked me for all the information I’ve already given the hospital. You would think an app would be able to merge this information. I guess not
