MeetDates is so close to being perfect. What is right- It is easy to upload a profile. Face ID was smooth. The profile pages are slick and attractive. Just the right amount of straight forward info vs. personal input. Pics look good. I am putting cost in because I think the pricing is fine. You get what you pay for and almost everyone so far has been good quality (no catfish, no bogus profiles). Matching & messaging are easy and have no lag time. I like the “ who viewed you” setting. What is wrong- a little difficult to figure out what exactly you get with Pro version because there is no FAQ page. It tells you the added setting benefit under Pro but does not explain how to navigate. I finally figured it out. If they could add a chat support instead of only email it would be great. Next, and the biggest peeve, if you are paying for a premium app it needs to allow more customization in your match criteria. You need to be able to add a non-negotiable like smoking, location or sexual orientation. I get that you are limiting yourself however, you get a limited number of matches per day (and paying for more via Pro). For sure they should not contain complete opposite sexual orientation or a personal habit that is a dealbreaker. 1/2 of my daily matches were gay, heavy drinkers or smokers. All dealbreakers. That being said, if these few adjustments could be added this will be hands down the best premium dating app.

I never leave reviews, but I downloaded and promptly deleted MeetDates. Thank goodness the comments here tell you how to delete your profile. You can’t change from you LinkedIn name or job title unless you pay for a membership. Sorry, I don’t want everyone knowing my first and last name plus my exact workplace right off the bat. I also couldn’t see people’s profile pictures unless I paid for a membership. Based on the information I could see, MeetDates’s user base is NO different than other dating apps. It’s not worth the membership price. The users aren’t some elite group of doctors, lawyers, and CEOs. Sure, there were some on there, but there were also plenty of welders, truck drivers, and a psychic medium. I feel manipulated into spending $$ with MeetDates. No thanks, I’ll stick with Bumble.

Very easy to sign up to and much better than others. It is the ideal place to find what you're looking for in a person. Actually, I have been tired of tinder-like apps which have tons of low-quality profiles. Thanks to Prospr, I have already dated 2 amazing people in my city.

I met one fantastic man on Prospr. We enjoyed each other's company for months. He is wonderful and I think we have a good connection. What's best is that he lives together with me now...I am so happy I found you and took the chance.

Warning- the VIP membership is no -refundable and very $$$ with almost no value. I live in a very well populated area (Orange County, CA between LA & San Diego) there should be PLENTY of matches in my area... yet MeetDates was matching me with men in different states instead of my area. I am a straight woman looking for a straight man and yet MeetDates matched me with several gay men (who I’m sure were not looking to match with me!) when I expressed these concerns I received a very lame excuse that they were not yet capable of matching women with straight men... whaaaat???? Even free apps have that basic capability. The support staff was not helpful and I deleted MeetDates . They are refusing to refund my $$!!!! Don’t waste your $$!

It’s a poor imitation of hinge where you have a profile to a scroll through.

However, because there is no ability to chose distance, height, or much else. The matches are very mixed and do not always meet your requirements. The photo load extremely slow regardless of brand new phone or high speed internet which makes me believe their servers are probably not capable to handle to much usage. Overall MeetDates feels like it was rushed and not given much though too. It seems unlikely you’ll be able to find a good match with MeetDates.

You can only choose age within 10 years and male/female.

I have found the quality of my matches and the quality of the people themselves to be the best of anything around. I also find people are quicker to respond and engage.

It's super easy to use and it's the only dating App that has led to actual dates for me. Bonus: the people on it are of a much higher quality than other dating Apps

I download MeetDates, filled out my profile completely, and verified my photos. When I filled everything out, it said my review process would take 8 hours. I downloaded it on a Monday or Tuesday and by Thursday I sent a message to MeetDates people. They told me it takes 24 hours to review. It was over 24 hours at that point. Then around 10 pm Friday night I try to see what my status is and it came back that my profile was rejected. There was an option to email the people who run MeetDates but when I click on that it says it’s unavailable. This was beyond disappointing to me.

Prospr is a lot more of an in-depth app when it comes to finding dream partners and having an actual community. It is easy to use. I like that you can find local people to date! Works really well. it's user friendly and has a positive vibe. Seems to be a lot of millionaires on here. I have tried most of the dating apps and this seems to be one of the best.

The only goal of MeetDates is to make you sign up for super expensive VIP membership. Other mainstream apps like Tinder and Bumble also has paid services. But those are not nearly as expensive as MeetDates. And using lot of other dating apps, I can say for sure that the quality of users are not any different in MeetDates. All the features of MeetDates and annoying notifications are geared to sell the VIP membership. If you are one of those people who thinks paying ridiculous membership fee compared to other apps will make you meet better people here, I have a bridge to sell you 😊

I entered my information and then it asked me to pay to use MeetDates . I decided I did not want to and there is no way to delete my account now. It also shows my first AND LAST NAME on my profile, which strangers on a dating app do not need to know!!! MeetDates needs to be deleted immediately because it is giving out way too much personal information and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to delete my profile! I do not like knowing that this information is still available for people to see! So disappointed. I thought this would be a good dating app.

I got to know that the members’ profile will have Compulsory Certification if there two people report him/her. I must say that I really like this limit. Because I can make sure that my matches are real but not a scam. It's a really great way to find the special one. Basically swiping right means “like”, and talk to each other.

I’ve signed up for the paid membership, which I’m not cheap, in order to be able to edit the profile. It still did not allow me to remove or edit my job title and place of work as it continued synching from LinkedIn without my permission. This is a security concern. As soon as I realized it, I’ve contacted the support team to either help me change it or refund and close my profile. Of course my requests were conveniently ignored. MeetDates itself is not very user friendly and selection is limited.

I decided to download MeetDates after seeing a sponsored post off my Instagram. Bad idea! First off, you can’t even select the age range you’re interested in. So it’s creepy to know there are 70-year-old men looking at my profile. But a big issue is that there is no way to delete your profile once you’ve made it! I’m going to go through the comments to get some insight, but I want to delete my profile because deleting MeetDates itself won’t delete your profile. Ugh.

Honestly, MeetDates has been good to me whether from meeting new people to dating. But the best thing is You can meet some awesome men on MeetDates and great connections for networking. If you're smart and enjoy networking your way around upscale people, this can be a perfect door for you!

May be that "no" button should not be that close to "yes" button. Its very to miss click on those 2. And if there id a miss click then you cant undo or go back 1 step either. So that feature will be nice to have. And "yes" and "no" buttons should be in opposite to each other , not next to each other.
