Great content, needs technical enhancement
I love the exercises on this app. Has been and will be very helpful for my back. The one thing I would like to see is better enhancement of the app itself. I have a couple of different exercise apps that I use regularly, and want to make this one of them. But I find it really helpful to have soft, gentle, verbal instructions with the exercises. Not constant chatter, but instructions and reminders of how to do the exercise and what is important to focus on. I spend a lot of time checking my phone and seeing what I’m supposed to be doing, and I’d rather concentrate on the activity. Also, some ambient music behind the voice would be good. The other thing is that the app won’t make any noise unless you take your phone off silent. I have my phone on silent all the time and would prefer to have the app respond if I open it without having to change my phone settings. Also, could it be tied in to Apple health for the iOS version? With a few enhancements, it would definitely become one of my favorites!
This is a great app for my back injury. Could you please include a method to increase the amount of time between routines and also iCloud integration so that I can use my routines across my devices.
