I was skeptical about seeing an online doctor and almost didn’t complete my online visit after the initial intake questions. My bf had strep throat for almost a week & it was impossible to get him a doctors appointment anywhere bc of the coronavirus issue. The best part is the doctor was able to send antibiotics for him to our nearest pharmacy. I am so grateful we got the help we needed during a time like this. I can’t thank them enough!

I got some cold-like symptoms during the Coronavirus pandemic period and I used MDBox since my girlfriend got a visit credit. It is very useful, the doctor is really nice and patient. And the price is affordable especially if you don’t have a health insurance and I think it is a safer way to see the doctor during this special period. Also the doctor told me that they will offer Coronavirus test in the future.

From my consultation experience today- there was no wait time, so make sure you have your questions ready. The nurse practitioner was caring and professional. She listened to my comments and answered all my questions. She wrote me a prescription and forwarded it to my chosen pharmacy. I have already recommended this app to family and friends.

Awesome awesome awesome service! It honestly felt just like going into the doctor’s office, but for a fraction of the price and without having to move from my bed. It took a few minutes to sign up and enter my medical history and symptoms, and I was on a video call with a professional within a minute! It makes no sense at all to go to an urgent care clinic or doctor’s office unless it’s an absolute emergency, but in that case you should go to a hospital!

I HIGHLY recommend this app for everyone - it’s unbeatable and saves time, money, and most importantly the need to get up and go out when you’re not feeling well!
