How to fix LetGOH app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LetGOH app on iPhone
Update LetGOH app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LetGOH iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LetGOH on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LetGOH network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LetGOH Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LetGOH not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LetGOH App
1. On android, goto Settings » LetGOH » click [Force Stop]

Update LetGOH to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LetGOH App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LetGOH » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LetGOH.

Fix LetGOH unable to contact server/ LetGOH internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LetGOH » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LetGOH » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
