This is quickly becoming one of my favorite apps! A place to get live ratings on your favorite stores and food joints? Yes, please! The developers and founders are working super hard to come up with new innovative ways to take Markk to the next level. With guru levels, incentives for rating, question this app - there’s definitely something for everybody. If you love going out and exploring your city or even places you’ve never visited, this app will be pocket friendly and act as a guide to let you get the most recent details of your destination before you even visit. This new updated app version is more user friendly and all together, fun to use!

I’ve really enjoyed using this cool app that I describe as a TikTok and Yelp mash up. When stocks were doing during COVID, this app was quick and easy way to find what was in stock when fellow markkers would post!
I enjoy the quick, visual reviews of restaurants and local things to see, do and eat in the area. It’s so easy to make reviews and use Markk to check out what others in your area are doing and great places local markkers recommend eating at! I’ve discovered many more cool and delicious places to eat at, about to do some markks to share with the community!
Love this cool app!

I’ve been using Markk for almost a year now and I love it. Pre-COVID, I would use it to gage what’s happening near me and definitely had instances of FOMO. I really enjoy the points system. As a foodie and avid Yelper, this intrigued me as a way to contribute helpful real time info to the community for some cool incentives. Now, it seems even more important to post, as a way to feel connected to the world. The few times I had questions or issues, the team was super responsive. Great app!

This is one of my favorite apps. I love seeing photos and videos from all the places around me to see what they look like or to see what food they have and more. I’ve learned so much and love discovering new places from it. It’s a super easy app to use and you might as well be earning money from going out anyway! I highly recommend it!

They have excellent customer service. Markk is so easy to use. Just take a foto of where you are- may it be a restaurant, bar, park, store, event, beach, etc. Add a rating & sticker & thats it:) You get to get connected with live events, specials, new places to explore- while you get to earn points for much needed gift cards. I highly recommend!

This is a great idea, love it! It’s the current live app that allows you to view the current hot spots. It’s better to know what’s going on at bar on it’s best day days. Also you yet to see what’s happening every night. I recommend getting Markk. It will help to plan your night in down town LA.

Pros: Love it. And use it all the time!
Reminds me of Squarespace from back in the day. Get it on this early and discover spots!

Cons: I wish the UI was a bit better. Make it more like Instagram, right now it’s too cluttered.

You can earn rewards while rating places around your neighborhood

Markk doesn’t always realize that I’m at a specific location. When I reviewed a Cheesecake Factory in the middle of dinner my post wasn’t made live because it said I was one mile away. It didn’t give me credit for another location for a similar reason. Same thing has happened to two friends

I was loving Markk for a long time and then for some reason there was a change and I lost my original account. I had to start over a second time and began to build up my account again. Now after upgrading my phone It looks like I have lost the second account.
I won’t start over .. I’m out

Real good way to get people to review without using a lot of word and using videos and expression to communicate. Can’t wait to see how Markk catches on!!

Great to see what is going on right now

I love the concept of Markk .

Just downloaded it to see how it works. Downloaded ok but instantly crashes when trying to launch it. No splash screen, no nothing. Deleted it. Time waster

If I could give a 0, I would, Markk doesn’t even open after the supposed update. Make sure Markk is fairly descent before you release to the public.

I downloaded Markk thinking it could help me find PPE and other supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic.The only thing Markk lets you do is take a picture and post it. There’s no option to comment on what you found. If you’re trying to find items that are in low supply during the pandemic, Markk is basically worthless.

Saw Markk mentioned in a local news app as a tool in finding the hard-to-find things as a result of the current hoarding going on. Installed>>opened>>set up>> “No Results Found”..... Nothing, nada, zilch. Probably works much better when there’s no problem finding what you want in the 1st place. Uninstalling...
