Usually fine
I’ve used this service for over a year and while it’s not perfect it has been particularly great when I’m at work very late. However since the update I have been locked out - when I’m logging in I get looped right back to the log in page after my second device verification. I’m hoping for a fix soon!

Unclear what services are available
More often than not, my ride requests get denied because of some restriction that is not made clear by PennRidesonRequest . Not good for when I’m out alone and need to get home safely. Septa may cost money but at least I know that it’s more reliable than this.

Glitches constantly, locks me out
Terrible app, poor user interface. Keep getting locked out and can’t access rides.
