The latest and greatest from the Opolis team, I cant say enough good things about ScooterMap. Literally, ScooterMap saved my life once when I needed to scooter my sick puppy to the vet. ScooterMap is very reliable...it solves the pain point of who has the nearest scooter flawlessly, making a convenience even more convenient.

The push notifications are useless because there is no sound. How am I suppose to know when a scooter is available when I have no way of being alerted? It’s like someone delivering a package to you without knocking on the door. I have to stare at the screen and wait for the pop up. Since the notifications are useless, I am canceling the trial service. Great concept, but not effective.

I have an iPhone 6s and when I try to view a scooter it will tell me the company name, how long ago it was ridden, and the percentage but the price is hidden. Just wanted to let the developers know because I know they have been working very hard on ScooterMap for awhile. Keep up the great work guys!

ScooterMap was really great! Love the filters, love the navigation, but it suddenly stopped working! Please bring it back! If it gets fixed, I’ll adjust my rating because it was great!

Instead of having to open up 5 apps to figure out if there are any Jump bikes/ scooters to get where I’m going, it’s all in one easy to use map. This is a game-changer, especially if you are trying to coordinate scootering places with friends.

ScooterMap has saved me so much time during the hunt for scooters to recharge! With filters for the different brands, time last seen and for bounty, it’s narrowed the search to the very few scooters that are actually worth looking for. 11/10 would recommend!

Thanks for making this! Would be great if it could reliably filter out scooters that have been in the same place for too long and battery hasn’t updated, this would help filter out missing scooters

ScooterMap worked great up until recently. It is constantly crashing as soon as I open it. The only way around it is for me to delete ScooterMap and download again. It’s starting to cut into my time right as I was about to sign up for the $5 per month service, but this isn’t looking too good. If this changes or I can get a fix I would rate it 5 stars.

Excellent app but please consider changing your logo / app icon. The dollar sign really makes it feel like you’re offering a cheap (not in a good way) service- and made me question the validity / trustworthiness of your company.

Was advertised in app at $4.99 for the “Super Version” then charged $9.99 after purchase! The price I was shown was the price I should have been charged, you can’t advertise a product at one price and then at checkout change the price to double.

As much as I hate to say it I did enjoy ScooterMap and found it useful. But the developers need to honor what I was advertised at $4.99 - sorry you won’t get my money again!

Couple of ideas for you guys. An app, or feature to help with money/income management would be awesome. Check out ScooterMap TipSee for waiters/bartenders for comparison.

Once I turned on the texting feature, I was alerted and picked up 6 $5 scooters that had just popped up. Just paid for itself for the next 5 months!

Had an issue and contacted them on the weekend and they had it fixed up by the afternoon. Wasn’t expecting that. Works well for me.

this app is a really useful tool for me when looking for Bird and Lime scooters to charge. It has continued to grow and evolve and add new features to make it more and more useful which makes me interested and excited what innovative tool or feature the developer will think of adding next.

I give it a 4/5 for now because chargers can currently only scan Lime scooters in from ScooterMap and you have to sign out of your Lime app in order to do so. Considering you have to sign back in when you want to release those Limes in the morning, I find it to be more work than it’s worth...for now. If the developer could figure out a way to allow chargers to capture scooters from multiple companies within this one app, at the same time allowing the charger to be signed in to the original app (Lime, Bird, etc) then I would most definitely change my rating to a 5/5 and be incredibly pleased with the functionalities of ScooterMap.

The only other grievance I have with ScooterMap is that I think the developer needs to do a better job at informing people before they download it that it is a third party app and that it has no affiliation with Bird or Lime or Skip or any other ride-share scooter company. The chat feature within ScooterMap has huge potential, in my opinion, to help chargers communicate with each other and help each other out, but as of right now, I get so frustrated reading through the chats because half, or more, of the questions being asked are questions that should be directed to Lime or Bird. Like asking where their chargers are or if they have been approved to charge yet, all of which could be eliminated if the developer would insert some information in ScooterMap stores and on a landing page when ScooterMap is opened, explaining that it is a third party app and since it has no affiliation with the big scooter companies, nobody within ScooterMap is going to be able to provide them with specific information regarding their personal accounts with said scooter companies. I think that it also needs to be made clear that although ScooterMap has the potential to help chargers make more money by utilizing the tools within it, nobody within ScooterMap is going to pay people. A lot of the chat questions are from people wanting to know why they haven’t been paid even though they are being charged $5 to be a super charger. Anyways, my point is, there is a lot of confusion about the purpose of ScooterMap that I believe could be cleared up fairly easily.
