Was sent a link 3 hours before my visit. Clicked on it and unknowingly messed it up. Called and was sent the same link. Did not work. Called again and got a new link and it says that my birthdate doesn’t match their records after confirming it on the phone prior. App needs a rework.

I am visually impaired and attempted to use McLarenNowClinic for a telehealth appointment. When I open McLarenNowClinic it just freezes and there is no way to proceed. This obviously is in violation of the accessibility standards set forth under various federal laws, and since McLaren takes federal benefits, they are liable to be sued if they don’t get McLarenNowClinic corrected.

I opened McLarenNowClinic for the first time and it said “link is invalid”. Nothing I can do to fix it and there’s no way I can use it at all

Downloaded McLarenNowClinic as instructed yet it won’t even open and just presents a page that says “invalid link”.
