The fact that this asked me to rate it when my first (and only) photo was only 2% done felt dishonest. The fact that it gives you a small preview (which was not colored well) and then asks for $3 to view it or a monthly subscription is annoying. I deleted it immediately because from what I could tell, it was not worth the cost.

I was excited to try this on some old family photos. After going through the colonization I was a bit surprised to find the only way I could see the pic was to buy a monthly subscription! And no, I wasn’t going to go through a 7-day free trial. Sorry, had to delete it and look for something else.

This is a monthly subscription app or a single purchase of $3.99 to Colorado is one picture. However that color eyes picture is a small icon which you can’t even tell if you’ll be able to edit the different color humans once you pay the $3.99. No good deleting immediately.

I just downloaded Colorize . It gets to about 19 or 20% then comes up with a failed message. I’m giving one star only because you have to give it a rating. Worthless app unless the developers do something to correct this.

Download the “free app” and scan your photos into their library. What they neglect to tell you is that you have to pay $2.99 for each pic, or a subscription for $3.49/ month.
And the pics you added from your phone are deleted if you delete Colorize and opt out.

I purchased Colorize but it has never worked for me. I have never seen a colorized photo returned. Maybe the developers will see this and explain why it hasn’t worked for the last few months?

You have to pay to this app a picture so I cannot say if this program works or not. They offer a tiny preview of a small section of the image that’s too small to see well.

Colorize is no good. Didn’t do anything to my picture nor let me make any adjustments without paying $2.99 for one photo and asked me to rate Colorize within 5 seconds of opening it for the first time.

Scam app. How they have so many okay reviews, idk. The tiny little preview that they show you appeared to have a green to orange color gradient diagonally applied across the entire image. Do not download.

The first several photos I colorized actually turned out pretty well, I thought I was onto something. But the further I got into it the worse the coloring became, until it looked like someone was using a 1” paint brush to color the image. Big areas of the photo were all the same faded red or orange color whether it was a shirt, a face, a rock or the sky. I’ll keep looking thank you.

Nothing is free in this world, especially online and I should have recognized that Colorize would not be free...I downloaded a publicity shot from the 50s that I tried to this app and it did it pretty well, but then I looked at the price for one shot and I said forget it...If you value your money too, you will forget it as well!!!

When ever u try to upload a picture it pauses at 19% and stops please fix this it is very annoying and i have a deadline i i need this by i need it bye Sh day so please fix it.

It only took seconds for the entire process. Select a photo, hit a button and save. Done.
I opened the photos in another app to change the colors of hair, eyes, lips, hand bags,,, you get the idea
