Iโm so tired of ordering food from your app. If I go in person everything is fine with the food but if I order it for delivery the fries are not filled. It looks like a small fry was put in a large fry box when I order the large fry. This is horribleโฆ

Tegen 18u een bestelling geplaatst. Krijg als melding 80 mins.. na ruim 100-120 mins bel ik (let wel.. niet word ik gebeld) en krijg ik te horen dat er een tekort aan drivers is. Nadat ik aangeef dat het wel fijn zou zijn geweest als iemand mij gebeld had om dat te melden, krijg ik de beloftebna 10 minuten terug gebeld te zullen worden. Nog eens 3 uren later (dus 5 uren na de bestelling) krijg ik een telefoontje om te vragen of ik mijn bestelling nog wil... ๐ค.
Een kort telefoontje aan het begin om te melden dan er een probleem is met leveringen, had alle verschil gemaakt. Jammer..
