I needed to use the shuttle during the snow routes, so I expected some things to be different, but TheLiftRider made things useless. I was standing at the stop that TheLiftRider designated as a Black Line stop, even though the sign at the stop said it was only for the Orange Line. No other stops were in the area on TheLiftRider 's map, and the Black Line was the only one running, so I continued waiting there. When it arrived, I saw my bus pull to an unmarked stop on another street in front of me, too far away for me to get there in time to be seen, then leave. This was after already waiting through 2 previous scheduled arrivals that never came because I hadn't realized I could watch the bus tracker on the map, and the bus was only coming hourly. It was too late and too cold by this point, so I cancelled my plans. The resort is nice though, it was a good vacation.

TheLiftRider. This service. The website. Terrible. TheLiftRider simply doesn’t do the one job it should do. If you need to take one of these buses, find a physical sign, throw something at it, make a wish, talk to strangers, anything but ask TheLiftRider. In fact, rent a car. This bus system is the only reason I won’t be bringing my family back to winter park, which is sad.

Buses don’t follow the schedule, or even the route in the map. I was on the bus today that did not stop where it was supposed to, and went completely off map. We were waiting for a bus that was in the live map, but it was not in service, so it never arrived. The whole Winter Park shuttle system is a joke. We will drive next time.

My brother and I saw that the bus was going to get to the stop near us in 10 minutes, so we went then it got rescheduled 10 more minutes, then it got rescheduled 35 minutes. We went home and then I looked again and it was rescheduled to 2 minutes after we got home. Figure out a stupid schedule!!!!

Not sure what TheLiftRider does? There are not times for when a bus will be at a stop where my family is at. It shows where the bus is but a schedule would be more effective. A price of paper schedule is more helpful that TheLiftRider.

Y’all might want to think about putting all routes on a page with arrival times so the customer doesn’t have to look up every possible stop around them across every possible line. Do you though

TheLiftRider will say that a bus will get there in 3 minutes but then the bus will disappear from the map or stop at the depot for 30+ mins.

Busses will never go out of their way to help.

TheLiftRider doesn’t show where the busses actually are, nor does it provide a “real time” schedule as advertised. The website provides the actual schedule.

Nice app. All the info you need.

It’s simply unreliable and very often doesn’t show bus times for your stop—kind of the whole point of TheLiftRider . I really want to use the bus to avoid the parking nightmare at WP but I can’t rely on TheLiftRider .

Busses often are not on their routes.
Drivers look like they hate their lives.
Some routes show no busses but I got on one????

We got on the orange bus because TheLiftRider says it stops at kings crossing. It definitely doesn’t and the driver was not too happy to let us off. Fix TheLiftRider !!

I don’t enjoy it. It is not well made nor user friendly. Please try again. Make it better.

Bad god most of the time. Needs a lot of work to make it more understandable. Easier to read the signs posted on the side of the road

TheLiftRider doesn’t work the busses don’t show up on TheLiftRider . The buses don’t arrive when TheLiftRider says they will. It is inconsistent and unreliable.

App is very inconsistent and difficult to understand
