Without a doubt, the worst.
This app. This service. The website. Terrible. The app simply doesn’t do the one job it should do. If you need to take one of these buses, find a physical sign, throw something at it, make a wish, talk to strangers, anything but ask this app. In fact, rent a car. This bus system is the only reason I won’t be bringing my family back to winter park, which is sad.

Useless and outdated
Buses don’t follow the schedule, or even the route in the map. I was on the bus today that did not stop where it was supposed to, and went completely off map. We were waiting for a bus that was in the live map, but it was not in service, so it never arrived. The whole Winter Park shuttle system is a joke. We will drive next time.

Gets rescheduled and rescheduled again
My brother and I saw that the bus was going to get to the stop near us in 10 minutes, so we went then it got rescheduled 10 more minutes, then it got rescheduled 35 minutes. We went home and then I looked again and it was rescheduled to 2 minutes after we got home. Figure out a stupid schedule!!!!
