Close and restart the EverLive app on iPhone
Update EverLive app to the Latest Version for iOS

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EverLive app issues:

Force Stop the EverLive App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EverLive app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EverLive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EverLive App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EverLive app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EverLive.

Fix EverLive unable to contact server/ EverLive internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click EverLive » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got EverLive » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EverLive on android.
