2. Relaunch Global Climate.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Global Climate » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Global Climate » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
