Literally never works
The first time I had to go to campus and the ONLY time I went to campus, I needed StJohnsUniversityConnect to be able to get the pass to actually be on campus and that was the only time it worked. Lucky, I guess.
Do the developers respond to reviews? There’s so many bugs and StJohnsUniversityConnect just never loads. I’ve tried everything to get it back up and going but I keep having to log in through OKTA.

Error
I was able to go in and view everything one day, and the next day it doesn’t work it keeps saying error. I’ve deleted StJohnsUniversityConnect and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work. Awful!

StJohnsUniversityConnect keeps on crashing. Why isn’t there a desktop version as a backup?

Can’t reach support to even get help with all
StJohnsUniversityConnect is showing an “internal error” when you try to open it. I was trying to teach the developers app support, but the link on here only leads to a website that asks you to “see demo” or sign in as an admin. I’m not an admin of StJohnsUniversityConnect. Can someone look into why StJohnsUniversityConnect doesn’t open and has an “internal error?” - sooner than later. I need to get into StJohnsUniversityConnect .

Notifications Issue Was Ignored for too Long
Hello, StJohnsUniversityConnect works fine for me. I also like how it sends your information about what events are going on in St.John’s right at your fingertips. However, the notifications literally only show part of a sentence.
