Good software
Didn't think it would work... But it did. For me, I had to pull the delay way down to around 20ms and turn the volume up high enough that I could not hear my own voice, just the playback.

This app it’s complete trash
As someone who genuinely stutters I thought this was really going to help. Don’t waste ur time on this. The “exercises” have not been tested or calibrated at all. The text goes by way too fast. It even says I’m speaking very quickly but still can’t keep up?! The devs should be ashamed they release this trash.
