When the new app launched there were no steps to migrate points if not I would obviously would have done so.

I agree with many complaints. My hard earned rewards did not transfer. Without warning there was a new app and I tried to use my rewards at the shop and they wouldn't take them!!! W T. F. Top notch scam artists.

I contact customer support by email and after 3 days they haven't responded. Emailed and Screen shot my valid rewards. No response yet.

CS response: download app and migrate points

. Being that I had already launched the new app using my phone number and email. The migration didn't work since I had already used my email and phone number. Emailed them days ago again and no response.

After two months I haven't received my rewards. I started going to cold stone to boycott their scam.

What’s the point of having an app if it is literally unusable?!? Online ordering is unavailable. My rewards points can’t be used on SlabHappyRewards - I must “show them to a cashier.” Why the heck does SlabHappyRewards even exist if you can’t use it for anything. And then, your rewards expire because you can’t use them. Don’t waste your time hitting the download button.

Asks me to transfer points and when I enter my old information says my email is already taken. Well of course it is, it’s my old account that you said I could transfer.

The website works but whenever you use SlabHappyRewards , it always says “something went wrong. Contact store”

soooo frustrating!!! keeps glitching whenever i try to order and completely erasing everything .. do you want my business or not?? Ugh spend some corporate money and update this wreck of a system

SlabHappyRewards is completely useless. I tried ordering with it and the price’s doesn’t come out. It shows everything at $0.00 so of course it doesn’t let me check out. I deleted SlabHappyRewards .

SlabHappyRewards is useless. The times I’ve tried to redeem points in stores SlabHappyRewards won’t work. Can’t even place an order online either. When I click checkout it takes me back to the order menu. Worst app ever!

I downloaded SlabHappyRewards and it lets me get to the title page then the screen goes white. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled SlabHappyRewards numerous times but it never works. I guess it’s a bug within the software and you all need to fix it

I tried to sign up, and when I’m promoted to enter my information it keeps telling me “Verify Your Details”. I double-checked everything and it was correct. But can’t even get past that screen. Deleted in less than 5 minutes.

I made my order and than when I went to pick it up they said SlabHappyRewards had the wrong prices and I had to pay over double what SlabHappyRewards had quoted. I made a complaint through email and they never got back to me. Complete rip off. I would recommend Baskin Robbins instead of this company.

I am a current rewards member attempting to login to SlabHappyRewards and I have gone through the entire process (which was confusing and time consuming) just to get this error message, “phone has already been taken”. Yes, it’s already been taken because I’m a current member….

We downloaded SlabHappyRewards and before we could notify the staff to earn credit for our purchase she had rung us up. She mentioned we could enter the barcode information after on SlabHappyRewards but neither the barcode scan nor entering the barcode manually has worked. It is just a waste of time.

With this new app it says to migrate but it won’t let it happen keeps saying account already there. I’ve already lost about 30 points when the system was in the process of changing. And now I keep loosing points every time I go with my info not registering during my purchases.

I have always loved marble Slab Creamery I drive 49 minutes to the nearest one but I’m about to move to a local franchise that is closer.

What’s the point of having an account and accumulating rewards— when the cashier can never seem to “access them” when I’m in store?? Instead, they expire, I never get my rewards, & nobody replies to emails the employee tells you to send because he can’t redeem your rewards and “the best I can tell you is to find the email on SlabHappyRewards and email them *shrug*”

Hate it. Waste of space on my device.

This “new and improved” app is a total piece of crap!! It wouldn’t migrate any of my rewards and would say “email already taken” and “phone number already taken” when trying to migrate my points and asking for the information linked to the old account. How does that make sense??? Beyond frustrated with marble slab for this and will not be returning to their establishment unless they can make this right. Would not recommend SlabHappyRewards at all!!!

Not able to “migrate” my points, I receive an error message about my phone number. I tried to reset my password to see if that would help, but I never received an email with reset instructions. My in-store experience was as terrible as my app experience. May be done with Marble Slabs for good.

It does not save my account information. It says I have a coupon but won’t show what it is. There are some major bugs that need to be fixed.

Uh, where am I supposed to scan my receipt or enter the code to get points? And why doesn’t my location show up as a valid blue cone?

I followed the instructions to migrate my points except that I did not delete the old app first. All points transferred with no problems. The new app is much more user-friendly and functional than the old app.

I enjoy the rewards! Especially for my birthday. The only con was the reward earned for referring a friend. The reward was cut in half.

At first I had issues with migrating my old points. I reached out to customer service and they responded within a day. I recommend anyone struggling with migrating to follow these steps. I did and it worked. I also don’t have any issues with getting points at my store.

Launch the Marble Slab app. (I deleted SlabHappyRewards then reinstalled it)
After the tutorial screens, Tap on "New here/Slab happy rewards already migrated" button.
Then tap on LOGIN. Enter the email address and associated password.
This will send you a One Time Password to your phone number and tap on "Proceed".

I love everything about SlabHappyRewards and place!! Totally recommend their ice cream so good! Good service too!
