Nice map but it doesn’t do anything

I downloaded the app a few days ago and all I see is a map without any info on it. The other pages are blank and I don’t see any alerts like those shown in the App Store. Am I missing something?
Can’t register as a new user

Our local sheriff is encouraging people to download this app. Registered as a new user and get an error message stating there is null data. Unable to use this app.

Downloaded App and registered. All I see after signing in, is my location on the map! No menu within the app to report anything? Am I the only one?
