I don’t have another way to listen to the morning radio show other than AceandTJShow , so I’m stuck dealing with it buffering and cutting out every few minutes. At first I thought it was my wifi, because to be honest, I could probably up my speed a little bit, but the same thing happens even when I turn the wifi off. When I have to restart AceandTJShow (every few minutes), it starts the commercials all over again and I’m stuck listening to THE SAME COMMERCIALS for about 5 minutes straight. I hear more commercials than I do radio show. I really love this radio show but AceandTJShow needs some major help.

I’ve had this downloaded since it was launched and not once has it ever opened for me. It gives an error message of “network alert. Problem connecting to the internet. Please check your connection and try again.” I don’t have any issues with any other apps connecting to the internet so I’m not sure why this message is occurring. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Listening to podcast and go back into phone, AceandTJShow refreshes and I lose where I’m at and have to start all over.

I continue to try and download AceandTJShow every few weeks hoping they figure out the problem but it NEVER WORKS! Horrible app!

Whether I am on LTE or different WiFi networks I am unable to even open AceandTJShow because of no network connection. Been going on for a week. No other apps do this very bad product.

I love Ace & TJ but their app is awful! I have to disconnect from WiFi open AceandTJShow and let it start working. Then minimize AceandTJShow and reconnect to WiFi. If I’m listening via headphones; and I taken them out....I’ve got to do that process all over again! UGH!

And I’m gonna keep listening. But AceandTJShow is just terrible. Always cutting out. If it’s playing I can’t do anything else with my phone or it will stop playing and sometimes start again but it plays old shows after that.

They advertise on their show that the New ace and they app has less issues the they original. I can’t even get this one to work. When I try to launch it says network connection error. Does not matter if I’m on WiFI or LTE same error. What a disappointment

I love listening to the show but it cuts out too often. Usually in the middle of a segment and when it comes back it goes straight to a commercial.

I love the show but I can’t always listen live. So when I get home from work, I listen on AceandTJShow (if it will let me). Today in particular I have tried opening and playing today’s show 6 times and every time AceandTJShow crashes as soon as I hit play. Forces me to sit through another 30 second ad before I can even try again. Have yet to have any luck. Looks like I’m not going to get to hear today’s show. AceandTJShow is NOT better than the last. It’s much worse.

I have a lot of issues with AceandTJShow . Cuts out a lot. Starts back with commercials. At or near 8:00 est. the show just starts over at the 6:00 am est. Lovethe show but this is a nightmare. I will go back to a local radio.

Wow has the show ever changed since switching to 5G format. App doesn’t work well all the time and when it is working you get to listen to Ace &TJ just promote lots of advertising. I tried hanging in there with y’all but you’ve lost me. Hope you go back to radio.

Please bring back the old app. This one stops to buffer constantly. I have to constantly unlock my phone for it to start again. Very frustrating.

Lots of drop outs, even when buffering on high. Then it started opening, but would give me no options and just the title and a white screen, sometimes I could hear the show in the background but usually nothing. So I deleted it and re-downloaded it. Now it just won’t open at all, it just tells me it can’t connect to the Internet no matter where I am. I didn’t have the old app, but if it was worse than this...

iPhone - while listen to AceandTJShow while it’s first turn on it great, easy I use and navigate. But whenever the screen shut down since device isn’t being used, it stops and has to do a full restart on app to keep listening... or I have to keep touching the screen to prevent it from shutting off.

Keeps saying no network when not on WiFi. Fully strength signal and nothing. Then it crashes. Use to work. Del AceandTJShow and reinstalled a few times. Guess I will find something else to listen to
