Common dislikes about Fuse app

- Some room for improvement, such as adding mute buttons for speakers and improving remote function

- Cannot merge more than two cards

- App forgets the position of cards and cards that were set to hide reappear after app crashes or is closed

- App flickers and changes tile position when refreshing the list of devices

- Sony TV with built-in Chromecast does not always show up in the list of devices

- Dimmer light switch always goes straight to 100% when turned on

- Apple Watch does not always refresh devices enough and sometimes does not detect Sonos devices properly

- Sliding-dots (volume, brightness) can be a bit funky acting

How to fix Fuse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fuse app on iPhone
Update Fuse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fuse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fuse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fuse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Fuse app issues:

Force Stop the Fuse App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Fuse app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Fuse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fuse App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Fuse app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Fuse.

Fix Fuse unable to contact server/ Fuse internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Fuse » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Fuse » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fuse on android.
