I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone on a vacation to do something that looks awesome and am sorely disappointed. Come snorkel in our huge aquarium leads to you must wear a life jacket, no diving, and stay with in 15 feet of guide and surrounded by 10 other tourists! What fish is that, I dunno I’m in training and get paid minimum wage. This looks like a sweet way to have a one on one adventure with a pro. Cut through all the lines and throttled down adventures, my time is valuable! Can’t wait to get out there!

The idea is great. I myself had thought about organizing adventure trips as there is a lack of specialized services and the ones that are there are not that good. However: very limited options currently available. Some of them ridiculously expensive, i.e. road biking for more than $400: you provide the bike, your own food and provisions and you ride on a normal open road. So why not just use WikiLoc or another guiding/tracking app. Yes, it is good to have the local knowledge but more than 400 bucks per person... Finally, I asked about an adventure that was on AdventureIOTravelExperiences but I was not able to see calendar availability. I contacted the organizer, replied which adventure?, I explained, never heard from them again

This doesn’t apply to all activities, I understand, but guides are required to have a permit or license to operate on public lands in most places. It also requires a hefty insurance policy. It takes experience and credentials to obtain a permit, and in some places it’s nearly impossible. Hiring someone from an app like this does not guarantee you are hiring someone with adequate experience or an operating plan to keep you safe. Oftentimes you are trusting your life with them. Folks who sell “experiences” on apps like this are usually subverting specific public policy that is designed to protect you, the environment, and the sanctity of the guiding profession. It is also highly ethical. It is in your best interest to ask for proof of licensing/permitting and insurance before hiring a guide, because apps like this aren’t doing the vetting for you.

Whether on vacation or in your hometown, these adventures are a great way to try an activity or sport that you’ve never done or even thought to be of interest to you! The guides are experts and provide everything you’ll need. All you need to do is show up. I love the convenience of it, and was blown away by how much fun I had on my adventure. Definitely recommend downloading AdventureIOTravelExperiences and scrolling through to see what all they offer!

AdventureIOTravelExperiences connected me with the best photographer/guide I could have asked for. 2 days after the snow stopped falling at whistler my guide got me to some untouched powder, allowing me to have the best lines of my life. The photos he got looked good enough for snowboarder mag. I highly recommend AdventureIOTravelExperiences if you are serious about the sports you love and if you want to enhance your trip to a once in a lifetime experience.

Ive been on multiple sporting adventures in different cities from snowkiting to surfing/fishing, etc and AdventureIOTravelExperiences absolutely nails it. Saves all the time trying to figure out the best spots, where to get the right equipment, etc. Hugely helpful for anyone who loves adventure and travel!

AdventureIOTravelExperiences is easy to use and well done. The adventures are amazing. The choice of top level iconic athletes is amazing. After using Adventure IO, the only problem is choosing what to do next! Well done!

So happy I found AdventureIOTravelExperiences! My father and I were looking for stuff to do in San Diego, and Adventure IO really delivered an awesome experience. Our guide from NOTB bike shop was a top notch rider, and provides the best bikes on the market for your Adventure. This beats your average walking tour any day of the week!

Went on the MountainBike adventure with what turned out to be a pretty fast group and an excellent guide who had 20 years of Mountain biking under his belt. He knew the the trails inside out, soo much fun and none of my time wasted.

Finally, an app that hangs as loose as me! A great way to enhance a day of chillin’ nice. Great for any dude or female-dude who likes to get down on the water waves or concrete waves (not longboarders though). Anyway.. radical app, would recommend! Great to scroll over a cold one or six.

So stoked that this is available to get access to the best experiences outside the normal excursions. Excited to use this service with my customers, knowing many of these personalities, I’m certain that they love it!

I was really interested in checking out AdventureIOTravelExperiences but nothing I searched for (even broad terms like ski, surf, Colorado, or California) turned up a single result. Went to register to see if that was the problem, but got a warning that the site was unsafe. Cool idea but iron out your tech issues!

This is terrific. Immersive experiences with access to top talent right from my phone? I’m in. And so much easier than sifting thru random sites all over the web.

The only way to try a new sport, with an ACTUAL expert... serious no brainer if you’re tryna get out there.
