Other people seemed to be having this problem too, but I can’t vote. It seems to be armys having a problem but I’m a fan of Stray Kids. I could vote fine before but then when I tried voting again today it told me I couldn’t. It says I can collect three tickets yet I can’t collect them. I tried using another account but the same thing happened. Only one of my accounts worked.

the30thSMAOfficialApp is another rigged app. I tried logging-in for today and it’s telling me that I don’t have free tickets to use. Wth! I haven’t even logged in for 2 days so I should at least get my free tickets for today. Why can’t Seoul Music Awards have us vote on-line instead of using a lousy app that’s retarded! They’re trying to manipulate votes. Army is a big fandom and how can BTS be so low in votes. ??? We proved ourselves in Billboards, MTV and AMA’s. Something fishy here. 🤔😠

I’m trying to sign up but it won’t let me, whenever I try to use my email address it keeps on saying invalid which is really annoying because I know that’s my email address yet it just won’t let me sign up! I honestly think you guys should try and do a better job on the30thSMAOfficialApp because not fixing it won’t get you guys nowhere.

I’ve tried signing up by all different methods, but when it comes to the final OK it does not work.

I’ve seen thousands of ARMYs on Twitter say the same thing, but interestingly enough none of the other fandoms seem to be having a problem.

Obviously the30thSMAOfficialApp creator must be aware of this problem because so many ARMYs are complaining, but don’t want to correct it. I think the reason ARMYs can’t log in is that once we try to vote it takes us from the BTS vote to the login/signup page. But we are already marked as BTS no matter what we do from that point on.

So just another rigged Awards show. 🥺

This is the worst kpop voting poll/app ever. For one the spelling is theres of a baby, like honestly who wrote that crap? Second it keeps crashing and lagging. It made my phone over heat. As well as turn off. ALSO I can’t Vote for BTS?? I saw the same complaints from ARMY’s on Twitter even Koreaboo posted about it? Like smh they need to get their stuff together before they get canceled 🤡🤡🤡

U can’t even put your email in with out it saying that it’s not suitable so I gad to do Twitter and you can’t even get your login tickets also it blocked me from getting to vote for BTS. This is just dumb but with any other group it works like you can’t just let a Kpop groups fandom not vote, straight up unfair if you ask me🤷🏾‍♀️😤

I forgot my password and when I clicks to reset. I entered a new password and everything but then it said I had to download something and which I did, then I went back to log in, the new password still didn’t work. Idk if that made sense

It’s like the30thSMAOfficialApp doesn’t want me to retrieve my tickets , I’ll take the surveys &’ everything , I see the reward (the tickets) but yet I can’t redeem it , not even the login tickets we get , I tried pressing the plus sign over &’ over again &’ nothing 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Voting keeps getting blocked, votes only increase for others, and loading is a nightmare. Not to mention email log in was blocked for days, making fans that don’t have sns unable to vote. If you want money, just be upfront about it, stop wasting peoples time.

Yeah I’m not able to collect my daily tickets to vote. I think the30thSMAOfficialApp just has issues for overseas fans, I don’t think that this is some conspiracy against BTS fans. Besides I’m an nctzen and I’m having this problem too so🤷🏿‍♀️

I've been using the30thSMAOfficialApp since voting officially started, but it stopped giving me my daily votes on December 16th. I've redownloaded the30thSMAOfficialApp , created a new account, messaged a help center, but I still can't vote. Can anyone help me?

Hi I am trying to vote on popular award but I don’t even have popular award criteria on my app. I don’t know why and that makes me real frustrated. I will really appreciate if u fix it.

Votes for BTS is not going through for HOURS while other groups can vote without hassle !!!
If current No.1 gets award, congrats how proud would the company will be :)))
But it's not going to protect the artist image for receiving fake award (even when not allowing ARMYs to vote for a second)

눈가리지 않는 이상 상받는 아티스트도 알테고 주작으로 상받는걸 알면 기분이 좋지 않을테니까요

Won’t let me sign up and voting is useless since sometimes it’ll let you vote for some artist but won’t allow you to vote for others

The voting page won’t even load after I have signed in... it’s just an international issue I guess😤😤
