AMAZING!!
Original Review: I got GYANT and thought it would be great. But I cannot open GYANT and GYANT crashes. When I do a login and I can’t load any of my information. I do get notifications but can’t see anything and I’m on the newest iPhone.
UPDATE:
They fixed GYANT . GYANT is running flawless. Really I much enjoy The application. The AI is working well. I had a great conversation about a sprained finger and rash. We discussed everything. I can’t afford the $99 services from other apps and don’t have health care. This is a life saver. Sprain healed Nicely got step by step instruction. Doctors on other apps rush you and ask you a few questions. Here. On this app, Every question is asked. Very neat app! Thanks this app
Final Update:
Transferred a prescription from one pharmacy to another. Due to the crazy cost at CVS. The prescriber denied it and WALGREENS could not refill the OTC Zyrtec. Very annoying. There was no box just to send a message. Had to request another refill. Besides that. GYANT is not that bad. Looses a star for the annoyances of poor functionality. Lost the ability to get my refillable Zyrtec. Have to pay the full retail price of it which I can’t afford.
I love my mommy!!! :-)
Best Telemedicine App
This is truly the best, most intuitive and friendly telemedicine app I have EVER used. The providers are very kind and knowledgeable. The service is wonderful for refills and diagnosis and treatment of new issues. I am a college student who doesn’t have time to go to traditional urgent care or the ER when something is bothering me. I just pop onto the this app app and Bam by 7-8pm that same day (or the next) depending on when I started the consult... I get to chat with a provider and get issued a prescription if applicable. Highly recommend!

Excellent
I woke up feeling ill, slight fever, called my pcp and they were booked solid. Decided to use this app and I am impressed. Quick, engaging, and I even got to chat with a real doc. Followed their advice and feel much better a day later. Who knew that interacting with a doctor would be so quick and easy. Lifetime user now.

Although GYANT is a robot it is very helpful and great especially if you are in college like myself and come across an issue where you are away from your local doctors and can not go to one right away ! Highly recommend

I found out that I have a lot of things to go to the doctors for.
GYANT is really good. I found out they have a bunch of things, because I haven’t gone to the doctor. But now I know that I have to go to the doctors more often. Thanks to GYANT.

This is actually the first time I’ll write a review for GYANT. I’m so glad I tried GYANT out because now I don’t have to go to the Dr.’s office to get a sick note or prescription. I highly recommend GYANT. So simple, easy and funny too aha 😂👍🏻

Providers Refuse to help
Provider name Erin refuses to prescribe medication for ear infection. Just told me repeatedly to go to urgent care after telling her I have no transportation. All I needed was antibiotics not a obvious suggestion to go to urgent care. I believed GYANT was supposed to help us avoid going to urgent care and er for non emergencies. Now I have to deal with a ear infection on a four day holiday weekend with a earn infection because a doctor refused to treat a common and obvious illness.

This app is amazing.
When people say it’s amazing it is. It connects you with a health care provider but some of them are rude but don’t bother. Gives you possible answers in just a few questions, it’s great.
