I like that it’s for free but I don’t like that you have to search different songs every time even if they’re under boogie with the hoodie like all his songs should come up and you shouldn’t have to type them all in one by one and I don’t like how all of the songs that you want like I put in a wedding file and they all have to be on your playlist so when you go to player playlist the songs are going to play even wen you don’t want them to .😞☹️🙁😕please do what you can to make Mu better if you make Mu better then I will have no complaints

I did indeed loved Musi and how it operated. I had it for a good year or so and collected tons of songs. Now I can’t get them back. I used Mu everyday and I’m not too happy it went away but I’m glad there is another. I miss the shuffle that played. And how I choose a song from searching and another could play after for recommendation. How things I searched would show under the search bar and what I recently added and listened to would be there. I do miss Musi and hope I will see it again. Dark toggle mode there was also helpful. I hope to back up my songs as well. Thank you 😅🙏

I was devastated when Musi got deleted off of my phone for no reason, since it was the main way I listen to music so I work in other apps. at the same time w/o having to download. Mu popped up in Mu store and it’s a great replacement, with all the same features I loved. But of course, there has to be a catch; the shuffle feature is awful! There’s no nice way to put it. Instead of most shuffle features where it reorders the list of songs and plays them all back before repeating, this one selects seemingly blindly out of a hat. You could tap the skip button a hundred times in a playlist before seeing all the songs that‘re in there, or listen to a playlist for an hour with dozens of repeats and 2-3 songs never playing! If only this were fixed I’d give it 5/5, but alas 😔✊

I had Musi for a long time now . My friends kept saying it was deleting off people phones & even their phones but I still had mines until my phone icloud made me re-download Mu but couldn’t . I was upset because I lost over 400 songs but Screen recorded my library to remember the songs which I’m glad I did . I was looking for an app that was similar from the Musi & I came across Mu . I got use to Mu pretty fast & was happy . It still wouldn’t be the same as Musi but it will do . I’m happy that they added dark mode as while, it’s easy to see things in my opinion . I would like if Mu had a shuffle bottom, recent play & add too, that would make things a bit easier as while but other then at I recommend getting Mu because it’s free & not that hard to use .

As many others, I was also terribly dissapointed that musi was removed from the appstore, and hoping it will come back. Mu is a pretty great alternative though. Its very similar, and free. Only issues are when I search up a song for example, im left with a blank screen, and I have to change up the words or look up lyrics instead just for it to be able to pop up. Another thing (i could just be missing this) is there is no 'shuffle' button. It would be so much more convenient. Every music app should have one of these. And lastly, a dark mode would be great. Giving us the option to choose what mode we want. Besides that, its fine, and I recommend it for people who are looking for something now that Musi has gone.

I love the alternative from musi but i think the ability to search playlists/ albums should have been an option just like in musi. It’s easier to find new music and just a hassle without it. I also don’t like the fact that every song you add has to be in your library. I personally listen to my daily music on my library but then i also have playlists with other genre’s of music that i like to listen to every now and then and the fact that every thing goes into your library just mixes everything together, but besides that it’s a good working app !

After musi shut down I went looking through at least 15 different apps but none of them worked well at all. They either deleted all my music, had adds every 3 seconds, were slow, or just didn’t work at all. When reading reviews for this one I was impressed with the good feedback and so I tried it. I really like Mu the only thing I really have problems with is that when you search a song it takes a minute and you have to hit search like 4 or 5 times. Other than that it’s perfect!!!

Overall Mu is really faithful to musi right down to the UI. Though one thing that has been bothering me is that when I pause a song from my lock screen it appears to pause, but it actually continues to play in Mu . So when I unpause it plays the part of the song as if it hadn’t been paused to begin with. That’s really the only major complaint I have the only other thing I can think of is the lack of being able to add a song to your que. Good app though!

Okay for starters Mu is amazing, but lately its not letting me play some of my songs. It either says couldn’t download or play which usually it does let me play. When it doesn’t play I spam the pause and play button until the video comes up.(which most of the time it works) The only time it smoothly plays is when it’s nighttime or really early in the morning and I have LTE soo idk maybe it’s just my phone and I’m getting a new one soon.

It would be great if you could take the time to add letters and an option to order music alphabetically in the playlists. As well as being able to play music in the background while looking up new songs in the search. Simple updates would be nice and the option to not have to choose your library when choosing a playlist for a song to go on.

After Musi got taken down, I tried to look for one that was similar and then I came across with Mu. I thought at first that it wasn’t going to be that bad but it’s pretty bad. The search screen gets frozen, there’s no dark mode which the white screen blinds me each time I open Mu , and that’s mostly the thing I’m dealing with..I’ll give it a 5 star if these thing gets better.

I've been shopping around for a good replacement for the now-deleted Musi app for some time now. Of the two dozen or so apps I tried, Mu didn't just edge out the competition, it blew it away.
The UI is neat and tidy. The playback has no hiccups when switching apps. The lock screen interface always works (the same couldn't even be said for Musi!). The playlist and library features both work smoothly. The home page is a great way to discover new music.
Nothing about Mu is too remarkable, but that's completely okay, because it gets all the core features and basics down flawlessly, and I'll gladly take that over something that's flashy or unstable. This is a GREAT APP and were I given the hypothetical choice between Mu and Musi, I'd honestly stick with Mu. Couldn't be happier with it!

Mu is amazing its useful and overall better than other replicas. But there is a common issue of trying to search up a song with the beginning word and it does not show up. In addition, its quite annoying how the music wont go into a automatically shuffle when playing a song. Instead it will just play the same song but a by a different artist or version. But overall its quiet convenient and can use some improvement.

Mu is great and I love it. I use it everyday, but you guys should improve the shuffle option. When I search a song or artist it only allows me to play a song one at a time. It doesn’t shuffle or goes to the following song by itself, I have to manually input another song. If you guys can fix this it would be great and I like how it has the lyrics. Pretty cool. Keep up the good work

I’m so sad that Musi was deleted is was a really good app and I had over 200 songs on it. Mu is good for playing music. I wish though, that it showed your spot in the music. Like, if it’s almost over or not. It has a good setup and at most it’s a rating of 4. At least, 3.5. I’ve noticed, there is no “shuffle” option besides the arrow when you actually click on a song THEN it shuffles it.
