been computerized and is now available in App Store at no cost. The FORTA App
provides different search options which facilitate FORTA’s use in daily
clinical practice.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Forta app issues:

Force Stop the Forta App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Forta app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Forta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Forta App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Forta app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Forta.

Fix Forta unable to contact server/ Forta internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Forta » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Forta » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Forta on android.
